Conceige staff very helpful

Our recent city trip was made even better by our hotel stay. The spacious and clean rooms were a real treat, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a good selection to choose from. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for exploring the park and river walk, as well as having easy access to public transportation.

The temperature of the room left something to be desired. The air conditioning unit was not working efficiently and could not cool the room down enough, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and hot during our stay.

We had an immense pleasure staying at this hotel. Our exclusive room was fully equipped with luxurious amenities like a personal hot tub and a balcony overlooking the garden area – it was perfect for a romantic weekend. The service provided by the staff was exceptional- always willing to assist us and give us recommendations. The indoor swimming pool, sauna and Spa & wellness centre were immaculate and perfect for relaxation.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the dinner at the restaurant was a bit pricey. But this was quickly resolved as there were other great dining options nearby.

A luxurious stay with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. The Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna provided a relaxing experience. The sun loungers and garden area were perfect for soaking up the sun. The restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious food and drinks with attentive staff offering outstanding service.

Although the room was equipped with exclusive advantages such as private facilities, the TV was outdated and difficult to use. It was a minor issue that did not affect our wonderful stay.
